Which payment methods do you accept?
We are a modern business with all forms of payment. We take card payments using a card machine via 'SumUp', or we can take card payments over the phone. We also take bank transfers and cash payments. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cheques.
What boilers do you fit ?
We can provide any boiler to suit your specifications. We might get asked "what boiler do you recommend?", all we say is that we will fit what ever suits your needs and budget. We have no bias to a specific brand but will provide a comprehensive list of options for you to choose from.
What is your return policy?
We accept that sometimes things can go wrong, but we have never experienced any issues with the services we provide or any problems that we couldn't resolve. We have a 100% focus in doing a great job and we will rectify most issues without worry.
